About
Part time bartender. Struggling actor. Missing father. Add a dash of tiki and shake well.
For struggling actor and full‑time tiki nerd Gilley Martin, the bit role seemed perfect: bartender in a biopic about Don the Beachcomber. Then the majestic tiki statue—an artifact with a past of its own—decided to get involved. What follows is a slightly shaken romp through the early days of the tiki craze and the half‑hidden stories that shaped his family generations ago, some of them thanks to Gilley himself. A time‑bending, twisty tale about memory, myth, and the fine art of winging it, The Trouble with Tiki is for readers who appreciate a comedic adventure with heart and a spark of mischief.

Zombieland!!
A fun read filled with plot twists and interesting characters! Gilley transported me to Tahiti and back, with a few diversions along the way! I especially enjoyed hunting for the hidden references throughout. I will be crafting my version of a Zombie soon!
