About

While meditating, we clean up clutter in the backyard of our mind, trigger a shift in our thinking, and reshape drained logic in our mental network, giving voice to fresh concepts and new emotions.

Meditation means stirring the pool of the lame ducks in our minds and removing the slurry in the stagnant water of our thoughts.

What a relief it is when we have the power to detach ourselves from ourselves, laugh at our pathetic weaknesses, and get the knack of sweeping away the certainties that are not essential in our lives.

Meditation is listening to the world, feeling with others, finding agreement with oneself, heeding our body, hearing our heartbeat, and tuning the rhythm of our breath.

We perceive the world through the rear window of life, observe all the puzzles and little pieces of our existence and assemble them in a comprehensive pattern. This allows us to reassess and evaluate our worldview.

If our splintered attention has led us to oblivion and blindness, the shell may have replaced the substance. It might be enlightening then to deep-dive into the roots of our negative qualities and find a guideline for creating new horizons.

We must learn to look at what we don’t see, what our eyes do not perceive, and what we overlook. When we listen to the echo of the sound behind the clamor, we discern the crackling in the brushwood of our emotions. Let us recognize the tokens of the heartbeats we fail to value and the quality and the bite of our life stories.

We have learned enough lessons the hard way and now understand that we must openly recognize what expands our mental welfare and brightens the paths to creative thinking, and what rips our lives apart.

Above all, let us take the time to learn to listen intently to ourselves if we want to be mindful and aware of others. If we can untie the knotty points in our minds and become conscious of what is essential in our lives, we can reach the core of our inner selves and then sense how cool it is to listen to others and enjoy the wonder of connecting.

By uniting the thirst of our mind with the pureness of the air we breathe, we can take possession of the most profound fibers in our being, imbibe its hidden primal forces, and transcend all irrelevant trivialities.

Deep thinking is a conspiracy against ignorance, blindness, and obliviousness.

If the glare of the public eye has become unbearable, our inner child may claim its rights, and our bodily shadow might turn into our mental second self, become our anchor, make us stay grounded, and grant us depth and intensity. By withdrawing from the blaze of the display into our substantial self, we gain rootedness, insight, and new worldly wisdom.

The moment we realize that we don't grasp what we know can be a watershed in our lives. The day we start to accept what we already know may be very bewildering at first, but anyway, utmost eye-opening.

Knowledge barricaded behind the ramparts of fear and distrust in our minds can suddenly burst loose. Through this deliverance, we eventually become aware of what we have always known but never dared to recognize. The undercover challenge between "knowing and not knowing" can finally be settled at that instant. "To know, or not to know, that is the question!"

If the giddiness of life and the pressure of time might make us tumble from our tightrope, let us inhale the wisdom of our inspiration and reshape our "inner void" into an "inner space." Thus, we can refurbish it with the fundamental, vital particles of our everyday experience.

If the whole world is in a rush and people are out of step with themselves, they miss the quirky aura and exceptional quality of life that feeds our soul-searching frame of mind and builds a coveted haven, giving recognition and self-reliance.
