Beneath the Cloudline

Halidom was built to survive after the world couldn't. A vertical city rises beneath an engineered rainfall, divided by the Cloudline. Above it, the Highborn live among the towers. Below, the Rooted keep the city running.

When Jax crosses the Cloudline, he discovers that Halidom's divisions hide a much larger truth. Alongside Zinn, Elyra, and Brae, he follows clues toward an erased spire, the ancient Bloom stirring beneath the soil, and a system failing after generations of neglect.

As old threats begin to stir beneath the city and the rain starts to change, four strangers have to repair what's breaking before it collapses. Starting with the divide between them.
