When a biofuel plant was built close to a small neighborhood, the residents weren't worried. That was until an accident at the place left people injured, and even dead. Trying to survive the accident, those in the neighborhood find a conspiracy involving the military and the government. A race against time will show whether people can win over the bureaucracy.
