It's been six decades since Owen and Lou have been friends. Trying to escape from bullies in grade school, the two built a fort and grabbed a radio. Both loved the rock and roll music of their time. When, instead of music, the two hear a strange signal, they know something weird is happening. The two didn't tell anyone for decades. Finally, they find someone to help look into the strange phenomenon. What they find is too strange to be true, although they know it is, and comes with danger.
